At Consortium Trust, we are passionately committed to ensuring that all pupils receive a solid foundation to support their early development. We understand that these formative years are crucial in a child's educational journey, providing the building blocks for future learning and success. Our dedication to nurturing young minds is at the heart of everything we do, from our carefully designed curriculum, our commitment to developing the whole child and our warm and supportive environment.
A large number of Trust schools have Nursery and Reception classes providing education for Pre-Nursery children who are 2 – 3 years old, and Nursery children who are 3 -4 years old. These classes are integrated into our primary schools, providing a seamless educational experience from nursery through to primary education.
Our Early Years Centre of Excellence at Kirkley Nursery, Lowestoft also offers day care for children from 6 months old to 4 years old, 50 weeks a year.
Nursery settings across Consortium Trust value the four principles of the early years foundation stage which are embedded throughout learning every day:

The specific areas are:
Alongside our commitment to the development of the whole child, we believe that parents are a child's first and most important teachers. We work closely with families to ensure that children receive consistent support and encouragement both at home and in our nursery.
Together, let's build a strong foundation for your child's future.
