A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in the Cross Country event this week. It was a long and difficult course but you were all so amazing. We are incredibly proud of you all. There were hundreds of children attending this event and it was wonderful to have the opportunity to represent our two schools at such a big event.

Our Junior Road Safety Officers Cleo and Maisie organised a be bright be seen day at school to help raise awareness of staying safe whilst outside in the dark. They created a poster, gave a presentation in assembly and have asked pupils to take part in a competition. In Art this week, we looked at the features of a human face and how these change with different emotions and expressions. Continuing our work on the artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, we used this new found knowledge to help us create a portrait in his style, showing an emotion of our choice. #art #school #education #jeanmichelbasquiat #emotions
